Inside Track: Manager’s View on Prince Quattro

We’re looking forward to seeing Prince Quattro back in action today for Ursa Major Racing, as he continues his campaign sitting on a strong 45 points in the AW Bonus Leaderboard for Horse of the Year. Every run counts at this stage of the season, and tonight’s 8:30 at Southwell provides another valuable opportunity for him to strengthen his position.

He lines up once again for James Owen, and we’re delighted to have Pat Cosgrave back on board. Pat knows the horse well, and his style suits Prince Quattro’s trademark way of racing — settling into a rhythm before unleashing that familiar, powerful late run down the straight. He’s been remarkably consistent all year, and if he gets the gaps when he needs them, we feel he holds a very solid each-way chance.

The horse is in great order at home, and the team is hopeful he can deliver another strong performance and add to his points tally. A big thank you, as always, to everyone supporting him — whether you’re attending in person or cheering from afar — and to all connections for their continued hard work.
