Birthday Winners in Sight? Ursa’s Runners at Ayr -

🎉 Happy Birthday to Our Racing Manager, Craig Talbot! 🎉

Today, we celebrate the birthday of our fantastic racing manager, Craig Talbot.

On behalf of everyone at URSA Major Racing – and all those lucky enough to have crossed paths with this amazing person – we want to say a huge Happy Birthday, Craig!

Thank you for everything you do for the team, the owners, and the wider racing community. You truly go above and beyond, and you deserve every bit of success coming your way. Here’s hoping for a birthday winner or two to make it even more special!

Now, over to Craig for his thoughts on today’s runners…

🐎 URSA Major Runners – Craig’s Thoughts

Black Storm – 8.12 Ayr

  • Trainer: Katie Scott

  • Jockey: Jason Hart

Making his racecourse debut today, Black Storm has been going very well at home and is currently favourite at the time of writing. This looks like the perfect opportunity for him to make his first appearance, and we’re hopeful of a strong run. A win would be fantastic, but we’d be very happy to see him finish in the top three as he learns his trade.

Sassy Glory – 8.42 Ayr (pictured below)

  • Trainer: Mark Walford

  • Jockey: Rhys Elliott

Sassy Glory lines up next, although the draw hasn’t been kind for a front-runner. The key will be getting to the front without burning too much petrol early on. She’s in good order at home, and with a bit of racing luck, she could go very close.

We head into tonight with two solid each-way chances – best of luck to all connections!

Keep an eye on our social media channels for live updates and results throughout the evening.
