Heatwave at the Races – Time Twister Runs at Beverley

Ursa Major Racing has just the one runner out today — Time Twister in the 3.15 at Beverley. He’ll be partnered by Billy Garrity for trainers Mick & David Easterby. This will be his third career start, which means he’ll receive his all-important handicap mark after today.

So far, he’s been running his races in the wrong order. On debut, he was slowly away but finished well. At York, it was the complete opposite — he jumped smartly, raced keenly, and paid the price late on.

The aim today is to get him settled early, switched off, and saving his energy for the business end of the race. If he can pass a few rivals in the final furlongs and finish around mid-division, that would be a solid step forward before we head into the nurseries.
