Mick Easterby is a legendary figure in British horse racing who has been training racehorses since 1955 from New House Farm in Sheriff Hutton, North Yorkshire. In 2021, he partnered with his son, David Easterby, to continue the family's rich racing tradition under a joint training licence. Together, they have maintained a reputation for excellence in both Flat and National Hunt racing, emphasizing individualized care and strategic placement of their horses.
Their training facilities at New House Farm are extensive, featuring private gallops (flat, uphill, all-weather, and turf), schooling facilities, and ample paddocks, providing an ideal environment for developing racehorses.
