Michael Dods is one of the most accomplished Flat trainers in the North of England, renowned for his expertise with sprinters. He took over the family license at Denton Hall in 1990 following the passing of his father, Dickie Dods. Since then, he has transformed the yard into a powerhouse of speed, producing multiple Group 1 winners and surpassing the 1,000-winner milestone in 2022.
